Hey, i'm looking to buy a new pc and wondering to get at least 60+ FPS in combat arms at maxed out graphics what specs would i need.

CA is not that graphically intensive of a game; just make sure you have a decent CPU; 28.GHz+ and at least 4GB of RAM. And almost any dedicated graphics card nowadays will do you well.
