Please help, with counterstrike source..!

It get stucks on the last part, " Creating local game cache Files "

Well, I've had problems. Everytime I try to start up source, it says " Preparing to Launch Counterstrike: Source " And it sit's there forever, I try to re download it.. I went to sleep, and let it re download.. And it got stuck at the end, saying.. " Local game files " But it never proceeded past that.. Please help, I bought the game last night.

Hmm sorry i dont know. try to reinstall steam or windows !
