- Or You add me on Skype : ninja_boy15
- We start talking as i explain how we will do it.
- You send 1$ to my Paypal.
- I give you my bank account info(Bank account is empty and unused anyways), to set on yours so i can then give you the amount they send to verify your Paypal account.
- If happy, you send 4$ back to me(which would be greatly appreciated)
- Voila! You are now a Verified Paypal User.
- Then i ask you to remove my bank account, as you will stay verified anyways.
- You vouch for me?(maybe?) ^^

the other guy that did this got sued by paypal lol. be carefull although it seems like ur just doing this for one person... good luck
Im not, i help them verify their paypal accounts, and then ask them to remove the bank account after verification
So they stay verified
Then i can do it for someone else ^^
