MSN installation fail

Here's the story:

I went to windows live's home page to download. But there was a message over the download button, so I couldn't press it:

I then installed that WMP plugin, but it didn't help. So then I checked the source code and found the destination of the download button.
But since I couldn't pick a language, it downloaded with a random one.

I think it's because it's name was MSN Messenger in the first place. And Norway is a conservative country.
