A few quick questions.

1. are there any lobbys inwhich stopping power applies to all guns, but is not a perk (I.E. like black ops should have done)

2. if not, how complicated would it be to create that mod.

3. how difficult would it be to host it?

2.= awnser== its realy hard to make an mod, on mpgh go on tuturials on mw2 hacks there you will find it how to make an mod good luck 3.= Awnser== Whell its not realy hard to host a mod you just need mw2 liberation and working mods..

oke it depend how does anyone know how many more bullet damage stopping power does then you can change the bullet damage of the guns you want
