Nose Bleed

Halp!
I just got a nose bleed, so i tilted my head back now i fukin coughing up blood!
Help me how do u stop a noes bleed. Also this is my second noes bleed in the past day

Yeah,shove tissues in your nose .

I got one last year for the first time,tons of blood came out my nose

It stopped i swallowed all the blood.

You are supposed to tilt your head forwards, not back. Plug your nose and tilt it forwards, and keep it that way for a while.

And nosebleeds sometimes happen for no reason, especially around this time of year. I used to get them occasionally because of the weather, havnt had one in ages though.
