New Minecraft Project

So my friend Tyler and I decided to start completely fresh, and create a new minecraft server.
What we need is
1: Ideas
2: Workers (Help us build the town and other stuff)
3: Once the project is done we will need staff

This thread was solely made for discussions, We mainly need ideas for the server, like
What do you want it to be? What do you want in it? What do you want to be able to do, do you want it
where you level up skills? explore shit? create armies? or what. Post Your Ideas Here.

Awesome!, Sounds great, dont have ideas, but ill soon think of some.

Fucking adventure/trap/obstacle maps. I love those things. I had a ton of ideas for stuff that I never got around to finishing that would make an awesome trap map. Most trap maps relied too much on ladder abuse, and when notch patched all the ladder 'glitches' most trap/obstacle maps became unfinishable, or obsolete.

but I also have an idea, what if we made the server like life? you start on a ship, get off arrive in a city, you have sum money to buy tools that you need for your new life, and from there you create your life

Minigames like scavenger hunts or racing pigs , haunted mansions that kind of stuff

Yeah have played pretty long this game,
A road where isnt any monsters, easy to do, im working currently on it:

Last pic: left wall is so high that monsters cant climb up. But 1 bad thing is now the spiders, yeah..

well, im 15 and i have summer brake or how it was on english..
And i just bought somthing else, and im thinking to buy the game when my birthday comes at 24th July.
