Can someone please tell me where to inject the two files that comes with sleepercells custom gun testing map?

i think if u press f11 they have a training map
but where do i inject them just to try? or for future reference?
worlds.rez was never patched and put it in worlds.rez.
what about the ****c file?
Hit esc trainer mode?? 
...what about the "other" file?
