Hack Issues D3D Hooks

When i want to open the D3D Hooks
I Press Insert Nothing happends when im button smashing on my keyboard the hack appears when im press the arrow buttons i have to smash them also or hold them for a while before he moves and then i have to do it again its pretty annoying to get hacks on i have to wait more then 30 seconds before i can move it im getting tired of button smashing any way to fix the problem?
