All stats are server based so if you wanna get to higher rank then play much or hack the server but with a risk of getting caught and jailed so ask yourself, Is it worth it?
+U gotta have extreme hacking skills and if a hacker makes it i doesnt think he would release it so they can easily get him and jail him :/

What is the point of playing a game if you get max level right away... That just removes the point of playing the game.

There are what programmers call packets (dumming it down for the stupid people) that send information, if you can catch those patchets and exploit them as they head to said server, you will gain double the amount of exp, because if you catch the packet and are able to double its value you will gain double the exp. enough said.
