Did you actually start ollydbg as admin? (in case you have win vista or 7)
Is it an unpacked version of CShell.dll? If yes, you should better using IDA Pro to take a look at it. If no, try to start crossfire.exe then inject CShell.dll in it and then start ollydbg.
If nothing of these work try to download again ollydbg.
