Need Help

So i got Black Ops at january and i got VAC ban after 1,5 months for using External Hack By Spi4chk. So after 4 month i am getting Black Ops again. So i will be creating new account with new e-mail and wont use hack again etc.Can i get VAC Banned cuz my previus got one? Maybe they put my IP in a Blacklist? Should i delete my previous steam and re-install it to prevent something like that? Cuz i dont want to lost another 50 euros again. Or i souldnt worry abaut it? Please Answer.
