Actually its in the ToS. But someone claiming they are != mean they are.

Well, but on his profile people are saying "I would like to be CF mod" , your a cf mod and all that.. So, He can get hacks patched and all that, prob buy VIP and then get it patched.. So its bad having a moderator from z8games here..
