So apparently my gf is going to go see skrillex when he comes to Charlotte in the next few months and I have been invited to go. Shes going mainly because her almost-boyfriend of a few years ago (mainly they were just friends) is playing with Skrillex that night too. Not too sure if I wanna go though because Ive never been a huge fan of Skrillex. I might go just for the experience though.

Never have been a fan of him. Dunno why. But yeah. Skrillex and Porter (my gf's friend) are like the headliners or something. Still trying to find out exactly what show it is though.

An experience is an experience. Won't hurt to go, what if your gf does shit with the almost-boyfriend? Then again, I don't know of the standings in the relationship, or the kind of people you two are, but a possibility lingers based on my past experiences

Trust, Im not worried about my gf doing anything. She was friends with him for the longest time, but people started assuming they actually were dating, then they stopped being friends. Guess they are friends again.

Either way, she wont do anything and Im not worried about that. Shes been to shows without me before.

Has anyone heard of him though? Porter Robinson is his name, and apparently hes pretty famous now.

Not ex, old friend. Im not worried about her doing things.

And I am really not a big fan of social events, seeing as how the last concert I went to was a Mercy Mercedes one sophomore year, and a Puddle Of Mudd concert a year before that. Ill probably go just for the hell of it though, if tickets arent too expensive.

Only $25 hell I might go. I thought they would be a lot more.

I'd go to the concert. I've never been to a concert before and I'd imagine that the experience would be quite amazing. Especially with a girlfriend. And with the cost only being $25, that's a plus too.

Also, I have heard of Porter Robinson. You can find some of his songs on YouTube. Not sure if it's the same person, though. He's alright.
