tutioral map help

ok so i saw the tutorial maps glitches so can you plz help thx!

join a room with the tutorial map and then leave and make a room and start it up with other people o.o simple as that?

and i can create any game type and it will be in tutorial ? or how can i make a ghost mode in eagle eyes by example ?

Oh come on everyone is asking same shiit you have to be infected create a ship td and change it to a eagle eye.

Yes I know it's a mod but I've heard about GM in everymap and I just wanted to know how to make these rooms. I've heard that we can do that with CE ( Cheat Engine), but I don't know how I could use CE for changing map.
