ok i got banned, then i made a new account, when i tried logging in with the new account, it said i was permanently banned already, before i even created a name... why should i do?

you are ip banned.

You are IP or MAC Banned. There's a method to bypass it use the search function.

Well bro , this sounds like a GUID BAN , try to do the method of changing Your “hardware serial number” and the "MAC -address" then restart your PC using any free-ware program !!!!! and BONGO
In my case I used Technitium MAC Address Changer v5 to change the MAC address and I used a Simple Free-ware Program I had to change the VOLUME ID of my C:\

Now everything is working perfectly

the best part of it is if your Os is vista you can change your IP in a heartbeat
