FPS HELP?

oh my lord!! please help me with this..

Everytime i play crossfire (with or without gamebooster) my fps goes down to 20 fps (normally 120) then it goes back up after 10 min then it goes down to 1,2 FPS O_O then back to normal after 10 mins, why is this happening?! i can't play like this! happends to any game i play! i close all programs that are open still low fps after 10 min!! HELP ANYONE?! it's not virus i just cleaned my pc 2 days ago! anybody have same problem or know how to fix it???

Close another programs open in your computer.

Maybe is your computer bad??

my computer requirements are better than the required and the minimum so it's not that, and @Jigsaw i don't understand?

What jigsaw trying to tell you, you should close the programs like internet explorer, photoshop or what ever

Use gamebooster it closes down Apps you cant see and apps you can see

when your fps drops. does your computer fan get loud?

CCleaner does wonders and if that doesnt work then defrag your disk
