is that the client MFC error??? just ignore it then log in your account then close the cf then try again.. just try and try until you won`t recieve that error.....
I encounter that too...

Only use Whitewall, no change delay, instant reload, no weapon weight, and less recoil.

And I got FPS from 80-120 . Believe me guys. From 60-80 I got 80-120.

Guys this problem has been fixed.. i tried it last 7:20 and it works fine....
even if it has white player....

Guys i noticed this: do not change your weapon fast just turn your weapon in primary cause i played that no change delay cheat and i turn my different weapons for example you switch in your primary then you quickly change it in your melle then secondary.. after that my weapons are auto switch my primary weapon changed into my melle even i dont change it this will last in a few rounds then it will be back i don`t know if it is happening on you...
