If you are having problems with your computer, maybe its time you get a new one. How long have you had yours for?

i have Intel G45/43 Express Chipset which might be inferior to your card but I don't get any problem whatsoever
try Can You Run It? and see if it says that you can't run this game

when you load the game click on the cod wheel at the top right of the serve screen

Updating your graphic cards drivers wont solve the issue
You just need to update your hardware

You go to the tools, then graphics then press low.
Turn down resolution.
