And there is RAR Named by : Modern Warfare 2 - Multiplayer
It is a Only multiplayer with AlterIWnet ?
i have info tho with it :

#This rip of Modern Warfare 2 contains only multiplayer and includes alterIWNet version 1.3.37a+ build 11029-1#

To use this release:

1. Extract the archive with your favourite archiver.
2. Use alterIWNet_configure.exe to set your nickname.
3. Run iw4mp.exe and wait for the latest updates to be fetched.
4. Play.
