snipets requests

hey guys

i looked at the thread @Nachos made on the snipets section.

he suggested to make a snipets request section.

so here by i open the snipets request topic

rules for requesters:
1) only ask little things not complete scripts.
2) first look in the snipets section if there already been such snipet.
3) be clear what you want, how you want it and give as much info as you can.
4) if your request don't got build by someone don't keep asking over and over again.
5) if someone builded your snipet and posted it he will add a notifacation or you can keep on watching the snipets section.
6) ask nicely!

rules for builders:
1) post the snipets you build for the requester in the snipets section.
2) pleas at a notification to the requester.
3) if you don't understand the post the requester added pleas pm him and don't ask it here.
