They shouldn't stop trolling the section, or let this discourage them.

Make Doc or Ethereal the leader. RJ, it'll have to pass some time before you can be the leader, you just came back. Ryguy runs the section good, but is active for a small ammount of time and sometimes doesn't appear for days.

My recent activity in the section has nothing to do with my abillity to run this team. Ive got leadership skills, both irl and in this section. Im a sure thing for success

but im not trying to step on toes. If im not chosen its not a big deal to me, but i know what dave wants and i can give it to him

But what Dave really wanted was the Youtube/Twitter layouts, and Kyle was the only one to give them to him. :\

As much as I like both Kyle and RJ if Dave chose either one of them for this task,
it would just show how little he pays attention to this section.
If all he wanted was a Youtube layout, he could have Pm'ed the gfx team,
or at least singled out a couple members that were capable.
I'm more than sure that this layout request was made before I rejoined,
hence why I wasn't able to find this in my mentions.

Back to RJ and Kyle.
Like I said both guys are awesome, but how consistent are they?
I would have rather seen Doc step up and make this stupid fucking layout,
then maybe we wouldn't be dealing with this dick suck of a thread.
People can say whatever about Doc, but the dude is in this section everynight.
When he had mod power he kept this place running perfectly,
and the section was always kept free of bullshit, very much how Ryguy is handling it now.

RJ, people have a point..you can't just vanish for this long then pop back when Dave's looking,
and try to step in to fill a spot you left void for so long.
You've rarely even posted anything in the gfx section since your return.
Nothing personal whatsoever, I think you're cool as fuck..but if Dave wants to get all srs biz about this, then the above points should be kept in mind.

Kyle, awesome that you stepped up and fufilled Dave's needs for the layout
If anyone has the ability to do stuff like this, I would say you and Haze fill those shoes out of all the former gfx people. The issue is , inconsistency in activity.
I think it's safe to say that you've just up and vanished from this section a few times in the past.
Not saying there is anything wrong with that, we all have priorities ..
but what happens when it turns into 1 or 2 months of inactivity?
Then it's back to square one..Again nothing personal so don't take it as an attack.
Just a personal observation.

I'm not stating any of this for personal gain btw.
Even if Dave offered me a spot, I'd tell him to smd.

i completely agree with u broskies, but quoting this bit to emphasise it again, u guys bitch on and on that nopony in gfx made ur layout, but like jimmy said all that was done was a mention in a thread, there was no message or anything
had somepony messaged me when i was on the team asking me to do something i coulda helped but u ponies just sit back and do nothing, then blame us for shit all getting done
