Nexon would be so much better
They'd be so much better if they have Live Customer Support, such as EA.
It takes like a minute for someone to talk to you.
Nexon takes week just to respond to one ticket.

if they had that then so many peopel would be unbanned so easily cuz u can call em up and explain ur story and they will probably un bann u since ur talking to them so yeah that would be cool

actually i had a ticket from feb. JUST GOT IN PROGRESS and another one on my main and 3 weeks still open..
