I think CrossFire is patching now 
reinstal and done this is good version some friends instaled CF and HGWC load and the game won't start no error nothing HGW just close after loaded and thats all
Re install CF,try to run it in comp mode xp sp3 if you have win7.it solved mine when i get that error
