MPGH scape?? [READ]

Hello, I was wondering if I could make a MPGH scape since the other guy really isnt pulling it off. Right now its all coded ready to go all I was wondering was if I could make a MPGH scape or somone else owned it.
I can make it 24/7 with constant updates and hire staff based on population on server, currently i would need a co-owner but before i go into detail i would need an approval that I have permission to make a MPGH Scape for MPGH.net... Thank's..(Yeah I can pull this off i'm certain, once i get the approval to make a MPGH scape i will start posting pics\info on the upcoming server.)
