RAT 5 mouse

hello,

i bougth the R.A.T 5 gaming mouse but i have a litttle proble with the software.
i can open it but when i go to the programming tab the screen stays white
i tried already a view thinks : run as admin, compenbality (i dont know how to spell :P) and restarting my PC it all doesn't work
does anyone have a solution?
