You cant open it 
reinstall crossfire.
mined used to do taht, try restarting.

Mine used to do that, idk it workds now, it was ages ago try downloading again
Mine done that too, I think it was because I was trying to record the replay or something, just try closing any background programs which may be influencing it (eg recording software, instant messaging.) 
some of my replays do that i just reinstall cf if its REALLY good never did though <3
