Can I somehow allowed to contribute Project Blackout hacks?
I got 5 of 'em working

ah it would be nice if it would be possible but that would be advertising and thats a bann but of course i would hope otherwise

You can't post it here if it includes any kind of advertisement, you'll need to hex edit a hack first. 
AS stated above, if the hacks contain advertisement the answer is no.
