Try google, it works when i look for em'.

When searching with Google, you can set the image size to 'icon' aswell.

It's not a good thing to grain experience on everything. He should focus on one thing. Otherwise nothing will be easy.

Well, making an icon isn't really that hard...in most cases. But yeah, depends on what kind of icon.
