i have bought an acc CF and i had changed my pass, email of my CF acc but could him take that acc back ? i did not change SQ yet

He can be still logged in , in the account and he can get it back by trans.ids.

If he was logged in on the account on z8games website during the trade and didnt log out, if you where then to change the email/pass ect it wouldnt log him out, thus he can still change stuff
