Ja 1.7 not working with byte cipher

i cant browse it byte cipher, it gives an error when i try to plz help

i have xp pro 32 bit

It worked fine For me when i didnt Cipher it

Download the .dll it says, then extract to your combat arms folder and system 32 folder
