Hi there!
I saw it on the NA website, it's interesting:
"We do not deal with, support, or endorse any kind of hacking in Combat Arms. The upcoming introduction of our new hacking protection system is evidence of the commitment we have to stopping hackers."
So they will introduce a new hacking protection system, in NA, so EU will be following them.
