I know this may be the wrong section, I've seen all the FAQ's, but I need an answer quickly or it might reset like before. I just want an answer; close, lock, delete, and ban later if this is misconduct. I apologize.
Anyway, there is a free VIP page:

I filled out the offers and attained 39 credits to get the CrossFire VIP for one week. However, where do I redeem it? Or did I follow an orphaned page on the site from long ago so the free VIP promotion expired?
Again, I apologize for possibly posting in the wrong section, but last time I had enough credits, they reset to 0 overnight for some reason. Thus, I'm in a hurry.
