ok, who else is tired of mods that do not meet "standards?" Well, I'm freaking tired of them. I mean, really, its not that hard to learn Photoshop, or even Paint.net if that is what you use. Just, please, try to put effort into the mods people. You're on stage for the world's eyes, so please try to make it presentable.
OR, IF YOU WANT TO BE LAZY:
use this package. Its all the layers you need to make a sick ass mod. I turned off the effects so you can see which ones to use. PLEASE try using this, before making some C+ P mod...Use creativity, and the sky is the limit!
