Go to basic training.

Use no recoil/no spread.

Predict where your enemy will show up and keep your cross hair there as you move / turn around the cornet
Keep your cross hair at upper chest level for regular recoil, lower for high recoil but with up and down spread, and neck for low recoil

I aim above the player, and start shooting (with scope in).
I can usually control the recoil pretty well so when I drag my mouse downwards, I get a 90% chance headshot.
