lagging the game?

ok so i played a few games today, and in almost every game i was in ppl were saying that some1 was lagging so they could kill everyone fast........any1 know if u can do that? and if so how?

This has nothing to do with this forum.
Lag is caused by how much computer usage you are doing. If you use too much, you will lag.
And lag doesn't help them kill, it only helps the killer kill them. (If you could follow that) Because they will appear stationary and you can load then with your bullets into a inanimate person.

ok thats wut i thought....the way ppl were saying is that, other players were making their comps lag, and that they were running round killing ppl...anyway thx for clearing that up
