@UltraPGNoob what version of IDA are u using? i used the 5.2 and it says " Move to newer to open them "

i've IDA Pro 6.1

oh and fix your mention tho

i downloaded the demo version of ida 6.1 the new.. and i cant open those files. it says cant load files that are for previous versions

delete the idb file then your IDA Pro Version will make them by itself
