Make sure you don't have something blocking access to the game or the server like an anti virus or firewall. Try this here:

Don't see how you can judge the game when you haven't got to play it yet...submit a 1:1, they'll give you a direct answer that'll be more helpful then mine.
Maybe your Pc isnt strong enough :P
Yeah, rigth, ATI RADEON HD 3650 ? it's thought better graphic card of i never had!

Raging how the game works is just gonna get this locked. Quit being lazy and go send 1:1 and get your problem fixed....
