extract a file that is called GUNS_SND_SHELLS and look in there i believe

Bullets can't be edited, but you can edit bullet's tail, it's in fx.rez..

Yeah editing bullets can't be done unless u hack literally...I've tried setting dimenion and model size to 10000 and it did nothing
