Fascinating...I just implemented a modified .hfs file and the vindictus client opens without the "error 36". Does this mean they're using a check (i.e. crc) to check modded .hfs files? If so maybe someone can try coding a crc bypass? Or give me clues on how to, I only know the basics of c++ but I wana learn, lol. Just testing things cuz I'm bored and the servers down for uber maintenance. Ideas??
I don't get how this is fascinating, because if you read around the forum this has been discussed plenty of times. The file structure changed (headers added, I think?), so that also has to deal with it.
