3.0 seems to be the default, I checked both my vindictus defaults and TF2 defaults.

Thank fsm for my date stamp file renames.

Any chance you could elaborate on the evie skill mana amber? Does it do anything special that the normal skill doesn't do?

It's the same just taht u can spam it.

In regards to the evie mana amber, it just flashes, unlike the normal amber which you can hold for a bit. Unless you are super uber flexes, it is unlikely to help much. At least when I tried your attached config, it didn't last more than a fraction of a second.

Yeah that skill doesn't work correctly with this method lol, not sure why he used that one..

One other note, not huge, but "1 = 10x movement speed" seems hugely fast in game. I'd go for half that at least if not botting.

YO PIE LOLOL, this is extremely unstable (for me anyways) and when it crashes my game it always resets the config file and the binds that i binded -_- LOL any explanations?

how do i get command list from my files on my own?

I theorize that command lists uploaded on website may have some commands taken out

Some of the commands in this config are private-unreleased, so he can't post the list.
