Is their any way of stealing an account without having the SA, cos I have got the acc details, but not the Security Answer

Check if the accounts got any tickets not deleted

And if you find nothing, You cant

how do I check?

Goto support and contact history or something idk

You need the SA to change email. And then it'll be yours.

If your lucky, you can guess the SA.
Otherwise, you can't steal it.
