Modding is back?

Well I just got out of a couple of games where one guy had a rof rate increased, and another guy was shooting 4 bullets out of his m107cq with one click. Someone found a bypass?

what? unless the update patched it it should work...

Rez merger hasn't worked since like july of last year for me...they check the headers specificly now, it must have nexon rez header or the rez file wont register
