My Engine.exe crashes

My Engine.exe crashes even when i dont put a hack. I reinstalled it 8 times already. Im running win7 32bit 3gb ram. WTF is going on plz help me fix this pice of @#!$.

You can check to see if you already have the .NET Framework installed by clicking Start on your Windows desktop, selecting Control Panel, and then double-clicking the Add or Remove Programs icon.

Download Details - Microsoft Download Center - Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer)

Uninstall the Game
Download CCleaner and use it
Reinstall the Game
Problem solved
