Disc Error

When I play mw2 online or offline, whenever highrise comes up it never works it either stops loading I get disc read error. Would this mean there is something wrong with disc scratches wise?

go to a store and let them fix it for you it will cost 10,- or 20,-

Your disc is messed up. Buy a new one or fix it using your nearest store
