Hi guys, i didnt release for a while because textures are always patched
by Trollarch
Now there is mod support so here is another release from me + tutorial for hosting the textures online

Tutorial:
Download the attached iPaddie.zip
extract and move the mp_BlackSilver folder to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty black ops\mods
start BO and load the mod
Tutorial to host on UNranked Server with FTP server
Open the the mod one time in black ops then exit black ops after that
(this is to generate a config file for the mod)
You will need an ftp server with a public folder where you can upload you mod
you need to create a public folder : upload the mod like this
FTPPUBLICFOLDER/mods/mp_BlackSilver
Ok so you uploaded the mod to your FTP and u generated a config file (automatic by loading the mod once)
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty black ops\players\mods\mp_BlackSilver and open the config file located there.
Change the values there into
seta sv_hostname "^8Silver^0Black"
seta sv_maxclients "NUMBER OF MAXIMUM PLAYERS"
seta sv_wwwBaseURL "http://YOUR FTP ADDRESS"
seta sv_wwwDlDisconnected "0"
seta sv_wwwDownload "1"
Save the config file
Go in private match and host the mod, when people join your server they will get an download from your ftp first and then will join your server with the textures!
If nobody joins your game your NAT type is strict
open these ports in the router so people can join your texture server
TCP 3074, 20714-27050
UDP 3074, 3478-4380, 27000

Just so I'm clear on this..
Since Treyarch now supports mods for FailOps, that means that if I install your silver/black gun texture it will let ME (and only me) finally be able to see them online instead of just in Combat Training? (WITHOUT having to be in the server which hosts that texture?)

There is a way to see the textures in an online ranked match (got it working for myself)
