Accessing Error

I have been using a VPN network for awhile now so it has always been on when I go mpgh.But i just recently notice that if I turn it off and try to go on under my actual IP Address I am unable to go on.I would like to know if my IP is blocked but not my account or is just my computer?

I believe some ISPs may be still blocked from MPGH, it's best you leave @Dave84311 a message about it, he can check

Maybe the website take it as a try to bypass MPGH security somehow? or as Alen said it might be the site blocking your ISP...
