Set it to 0 then. It's just the time delay (in milliseconds) between injecting each .dll. For example if you set it to 100ms what would happen would be.

Code:

Wait 100 milliseconds
Inject .dll number 1
Wait 100 milliseconds
Inject .dll number 2
...
Wait 100 milliseconds
Inject .dll number N
