5. If you are banned during the service we will refund 50% of the money.

7. If you log in at any time or changing your password during the service we will not refund your purchase and your service will not continue.

Those terms of service are shit. In a short: They can take your money without fulfilling the service but you won't be scammed because you agreed to a Terms of Service
