The quality on Doc's work is more noticeable because he resized the image. Is that an orange gradient map there?

It looks much, much better without the yellow brush on her cheeks. I like the finish. Although it could've been better.

no gradient. it's an effect+contrast.

I like it. Nice background and light.

Not sure about placement (rule of thirds?)
